Kathy completed a B.A. degree in English Education at Ithaca College. She joined the Demand Side Analytics recruiting team to assist in the coordination of recruitment for energy efficiency program outreach. Kathy has 11 years of recruiting experience in a private club setting and was responsible for interviewing and training new hires, handling personnel, event planning, and leading the team.  She also has 16 years of professional teaching experience in the Pennsylvania school system. Kathy has a unique ability to communicate clearly and develop key relationships. In her free time, Kathy enjoys cross-training, kayaking, spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, and traveling to various sports events to watch her four children compete.
